Holistic nursing which emerged from the concepts holism and humanism, refers to a comprehensive approach to patient care based on the patients’ physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual dimensions. The Sublime Healthcare team takes it upon itself to apply the principles of holistic care to patients within their practice in order to increase the adoption of preventative health, improve lifestyle choices among patients and to reduce the burden of chronic illnesses in the community.
Sublime healthcare provides timely quality nursing services based on scientific knowledge and evidence-based practice guidelines in order to improve clients’ and patients’ experiences of the quality of care and to increase the likelihood of desired health outcomes.
Sister Imelda Tlhapi, owner and founder of Sublime Healthcare started her private practice in 2021. She’s a qualified Midwife, Psychiatric Nurse, Community Nurse and an ICU specialist with over 10years in the nursing practice serving patients and clients in and around the Vaal Triangle.
What can I say – my midwives were kind, expert, guardian angels of the birthing process. I don't know what we would have done without them. The whole process was totally different with their support, friendly, relaxed, supportive. I feel totally transformed as a result. Thank you!
